How it works

  • HYBRID OPTION IS AVAILABLE AFTER MONTH 2. 1 online session a week is allowed out of 3 in-person. It is delivered virtually, providing flexibility and convivence for clients to follow their fitness plan from anywhere.
  • In-Person is hands-on guidance, this in-person plan provides personalized coaching sessions along with all the online features.
  • Fill out onboarding questionnaire through the app
  • Your custom workout and nutrition plan will be delivered directly to your app
  • Access workout routines with detailed instructions and video demonstrations and/or meet your coach in person for an initial fitness consultation, goal setting season, and body composition assessment and then begin in-person sessions.
  • Choose home or gym-based workouts, or a combination of both
