This plan is designed to rebuild core strength, regain overall fitness, and safely ease back into exercises. Adjustments will be made based on your recovery stage.

Plan Includes

  • Begins with low-impact and pelvic floor exercises

  • Focus on core recovery (diastasis recti safe exercises)

  • Progress gradually based on how your body feels

  • 1 on 1 session can be increased $50 each session
